Return policy
- Any new, unopened items from USGoldRose.com may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a
full refund (excluding shipping costs). If it is an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item),
we will pay for the return shipping costs. - Any item that is damaged, is not in its original condition, or is missing parts for reasons not due to
our error can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a 50% refund (excluding shipping costs). - After 30 days, all items can be returned for a partial refund.

Sending back your item
- Call USGoldRose.com at 1-800-588-5460 for a return authorization number, and explain the reason
for your return or exchange. - Pack the item in its original condition, and put the authorization number on the box.
- Send the item back to USGoldRose.com at 2400 S. Grand Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90024 with the
original receipt through UPS Ground or Priority Mail.
